cant remember movie title?

I seen a trailer for this movie a couple months ago and cannot remember the name. Anyway..it was either an independent film or foriegn film about this guy who had to serve in his country’s military for a year and had to leave his mentally handicapped brother in the small town/village, when he came back the local druglord either killed or used his brother for torture and the guy went and killed the gang one by one. I remember one scene he was chopping wood and the gang threatened him but he just stood them down….ah wish I had more to go on but any help will be appreciated.
