why doesn’t golden technoligies recliner work on battery . changed xformer and batteries. no tech support?
the back will recline slowly , but no other functions work.
Golden lift chairs use the batteries only as a backup to return the chair to a seated position from either elevated or reclined position. one use pretty much uses up the batteries, and Golden recommends replacing the batteries after one use because of this. They don’t use the batteries as a normal backup power supply.
