How do you make a wheelchair out of a desk stool?

I really want to get a wheelchair for my cousin, but right now, I don’t have the money. I wanna make a good quality wheelchair, and the only thing I can buy for it is the wheels which I know a place with cheap wheelchair wheels. It’s about 1′ 2″ HEIGHT and 1’4″ WIDTH . It has 3″ blocks of wood which I think would be good for wheels, front and back. But the stool has no back, so I wanted to see suggestions about that, and foot platforms for more comfort. But my cousins birthday is a week from now and I need to start quick, so I need some answers now!

You must not like ur cousin all that much. Instead of risking physical harm when that contraption falls apart, buy a decent used one. If he really needs a wheelchair rent one until you can buy or the rental place may know how to get gov’t assistance for one.

BTW, what’s he using right now to get around?
