How to get rid of static from office chair?
My office just got new chairs and mine has a lot of static on it. My chair is the only one that is having a problem. We have tried everything. Static guard only lasts an hour, I have a plastic mat under the chair cause we though that maybe it was the carpet. We even had it cleaned and it is worst. I had my boss sit in the chair and it shocked him too. Can anyone help me?
Add one capful of Fabric Softner to one cup of warm water and fill a spray bottle with this solution and spray, this will stop the static it is just like static guard but only better, spray when their is static problems spray lightly do not soak chair Also spray this on carpet to avoid static charge transferring to your chair, spray lightly here too Good Luck !
