Hey i need real car lovers here, i got a hyundai excel x3 twin cam 1.8l, and i wana get a new engine,but obvious problems come with this task,firstly its front wheel drive, engine capacity and heapz more, if you guys have any help or advice id appreciate it,im looking to give her some more power but wid out turbos and superchargers, they might come later but for now new engine, thanx!!

And A Better platform isnt an option… i picked the excel for a reason so need to work from that….even if it is sh*t hahahah
well,youd be amazed how much hyundais sharewith mitsubishis…swap a 4g63 from an eclipse or talon,if you shop around a little you may even geta turbo one,wiring and ecm and all for a decent price.i guarantee you it will fit,ive seen it done,and youll be amazed how much power itll have even without the turbo.hope thshelps.
