how Can have a car go down to load a wheel chair using a ramp, then come back to normal level again ?
car is 2002 dodge caravan(grand voyager)
Rather than trying to modify the vehicle be able to lower it to load a wheelchair, it would be better to install a wheelchair lift that will raise the wheelchair to van level. There are companies that do wheelchair van conversions. Do a google search for “wheelchair van” and you will find a lot more information!!
