why does my leg hurt so much?
I am doing a mat workout which requires me to stand on one leg while I hold on to a chair for balance. The other leg is worked through a series of lifts. The standing leg becomes incredibly painful all the way from the glute down to my ankle. Any ideas on how to prevent this? or explain what is happening.
I would assume it is because that, since your are putting double the weight on muscles that are not used that way, you are experiencing pain.
