1. What is the black monster? Was it taking pictures of Kate and Juliette?? Why did it kill Echo after his confession? Do people die after they free themselves of their issues? (aka Boon dying after getting Charlotte off his back and Charlie dying after saving them)..is this a “gateway to heaven?”
2. What are the Island powers? The whispers..the images- Kate’s horse, Jack’s dad, Hurley’s imaginary pal, Walt’s polar bears, Echo’s brother…and why did Echo’s brother become evil @ the end? What’s the power that fixed Locke’s legs and put Ben in a wheelchair– is the missing element BELIEF?
3. Who is Jacob and why did Locke not see him? How did Hurley see him? Why is he asking Locke for help?
4. Who is the black guy who sent the team of 4 to find Ben and why those peculiar 4 (anthropologist, physicist, etc). Is he part of Dharma? Did he stage the fake plane crash/fake people?
5. How can Hurley see dead Charlie when he comes off the island?

1) I believe the black smoke monster is Jacob
2) The island has electromagnetic powers that I think are allowing Jacob to take the form of peoples fears or hopes. or something like that..
